Rada is since May 2021 CEO of Signify GmbH, in charge for the markets Germany/Austria/Switzerland. Prior to this, she was a member of the management board at Schneider Electric GmbH Germany, where she served as CEO between 2009 and 2016. After overseeing Schneider Electric Central & Eastern Europe between 2016 and 2018, she took on a corporate strategy role, leading several long-term projects focused on Energy Transition and EU Industrial Strategy.

In addition to her leadership role at Signify, she is vice president of ZVEI, the German trade association for the electrical, electronic and digital industry, where she is chairing the Sustainability Working Group and since 2019, she is President of Orgalim, the Association of the European Technology Industry. Since 2018, she is serving as Non-Executive Director on the Board of James Hardie ltd, where she is currently Chairing the Nomination and Governance Committee.
