Kristina joined FSN Capital in 2023. Prior to joining FSN Capital, she worked in the Mid-market Private Equity team at PAI Partners in Madrid. Prior to this, she spent 3 years working in the Private Equity team of 3i Group in Frankfurt. She started her career in Investment Banking at Alantra in Frankfurt.

Kristina holds a BSc. In International Business from Copenhagen Business School, with an exchange semester at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan.
