Lars joined FSN Capital in 2023. Prior to joining, he worked as a Summer Intern at Balderton Capital, focusing on investments in European technology companies. He also has previous experience working in private equity and venture capital from Nysnø Climate Investments and Explore Equity. Lars holds an MSc in Climate Change, Management and Finance from Imperial College Business School in London, and a BSc in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School.
