Pål joined FSN Capital in 2019.
He has business strategy and operational improvement experience from The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant and Project Leader, and has co-founded and managed Voxtra,an impact investment fund focused on East Africa.
He is trained as an officer in the Norwegian Army and has served in the NATO operation in Bosnia-Hercegovina.
He holds a MSc in Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
