Krishna Palepu

Krishna has been a professor at Harvard Business School (HBS) for 40 years.  Krishna’s research and teaching focus on Finance, Corporate Governance, and Strategy.  He published academic papers, case studies, and books on these topics.  Krishna also served as a Senior Associate Dean at HBS and as a Senior Advisor to the President of Harvard University. He consults widely with companies worldwide and works with them in their leadership development initiatives.  He has over 25 years of public and private company board experience.

Krishna has been working with FSN Capital for the past 18 years (check) in leading an annual workshop for the FSN team, advisors, and the portfolio company CEOs and board members.  Starting in 2023, he started working as Executive Advisor.

Krishna holds a Ph. D from MIT.
