Mr Broe-Andersen has restructuring and M&A experience from Morgan Stanley Dean Witter where he was an analyst in the Investment Banking Division. Mr Broe-Andersen was a member of the Restructuring Team in the M&A Department and the Financial Buyers Group. Mr Broe-Andersen has operational experience from acting as the CFO in Jamo A/S in the period 2003 - 2004. He holds a M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting from The Aarhus School of Business and a Diploma in International Management from L’Institut Commercial de Nancy, France.
