Henrik Lisæth

Mr Lisæth has restructuring, M&A and strategy experience from Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Boston Consulting Group. Before joining FSN Capital in February 2000, Mr Lisæth was an Associate in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, where he was a member of the Restructuring Team in the M&A Department. He also has extensive restructuring experience as an Associate Consultant with Boston Consulting Group. Mr Lisæth holds a M.Sc. degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and an MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School.
