Norlandia Omsorg expands further by acquiring the majority stake in Achima, a temporary staffing agency providing healthcare personnel to Norwegian and Swedish public and private healthcare institutions. Norlandia Omsorg had revenues of approximately NOK 300 million last year. Since being established in 2001 Achima has grown rapidly and has a budget for 2007 of close to NOK 200 million.
Achima is the largest specialised staffing company for healthcare personnel in Norway and provides nurses and doctors to hospitals, municipalities and private institutions. Achima has framework
agreements with all the major healthcare institutions in Norway, and with several hospitals, municipalities and two larger health centres in Sweden.

Omsorg. The company acquired the Swedish personal assistance company Personlig Assistans i Sødra Sverige AB (PASSAB) earlier this year and is following a strategy of further growth within healthcare

Norlandia Omsorg is Norway’s largest care company with over one thousand employees. The company runs patient hotels, nursing homes, home care and personal assistance services.
The company changed ownership structure earlier this year and is now owned by FSN Capital and Hospitality Invest AS represented by Kristian and Roger Adolfsen.
